Requirements
In order to obtain owner financing on one of our properties for sale the following criteria must be met
- You must be able to afford the down payment and monthly payment
- Your income must be stable and at least 3 times the payment amount. For example if the payment amount is $600 per month your income would need to be at least $1800 per month.
- You must not have any prior evictions or foreclosures
